Follow the ID application's own checklist
An ID application may require proof of identity, proof of address, photographs, declarations and reference details. When several documents have similar names or dates, it can be difficult to see which item meets each request. We provide ID application help by reviewing the issuing organisation's checklist and arranging your evidence against it.
At a Redhill session, we'll work through form fields using your information and check that supporting records are placed with the relevant section. We can help with paper applications or the digital route specified by the issuer.

Check repeated details before submission
Names, dates and document numbers may appear in several parts of an ID application. We'll compare these entries for consistency and highlight anything you need to verify from your records. We can also review photograph instructions, declarations, signature areas and the order requested for attachments.
Our support concerns administrative completion and evidence preparation. We don't decide whether a document proves eligibility, authenticate identity records or advise on regulated identity matters. The issuing organisation makes those decisions, so we'll follow its published requirements rather than make assumptions.
Frequently asked questions
Can you confirm which documents prove our identity?
We can explain the issuer's published checklist and organise the documents you bring, but we can't authenticate them or decide eligibility. The issuing organisation determines what evidence it will accept.
Can you help with photographs and declarations?
We can review the stated photograph instructions, identify declaration sections and check where signatures or dates are requested. You remain responsible for meeting the issuer's rules and approving the application.
What if our name appears differently on two records?
We'll highlight the difference so you can check the issuer's guidance or contact the relevant organisation. We won't alter records or decide how a discrepancy should be resolved.
